I seem to recall a poultry farm on Booth Canal Rd. where Ian Clement lives now. Perhaps he would know. I believe the family was the Netterfields. Ron Cunningham was married to one of their daughters. I’m sorry I can’t follow up but the latest grandchild was due in Calgary yesterday so I will be flying out any day now for a week of diaper duty. Hope this helps...Marguerite

“David and Clara Maxwell property South East of Fulford Village”
This was Maxwell property in the 60s. The property was subdivided and the main portion sold around 1967.
The main portion of that property belongs to John Baldwin and his mother. It could now be described as the Baldwin property.
Lyngard property on one portion. Lee Morris on one portion, Honor Griffith on another.
Going from East (right hand side of picture)
247 Morningside Road: Log Dump in the 60s, now home of Bill and Agnes Cunningham.
241 Morningside Road: 1960s, Home of Fred and Mabel Maxwell, later Swanson's and now Mr. H.L. Mindlin
215 Morningside Road: David and Clara Maxwell around 1902 - 1966. Inez Coopsie from 1966 - 1969,
1969 - present, Ruth Baldwin and John Baldwin. They both live in Vancouver. Mother and son.
205 Morningside Road: It is in between the Maxwell house and the long white house with a shed.
Owned by David and Clara until 1966, and then to Inez Coopsie from 1966 - 1981, and then 1981 by Barbara and Jack Lyngard until present.
No house on this property in this picture.
201 Morningside Road: In the 60s it was owned by Mila Olson. This property has no water frontage, just 1/3 acre property.
It is presently owned by Lee Morris, he purchased it around 2003.
191 Morningside Road: The house directly behind the shed; in the 60s owned by Rod and Marguerite Kitchen, they sold to Barbara and Jack Lyngard in 1975 (approx) - 1982 and then sold to Honor Griffith. She is still there now.
171 Morningside Road: Back on the waterside again. The next house owned by Mr. Shefield in the 60s. This property has a shed near the waterfront. It has a large cedar tree close to the house, which I can not find! The tree is still there, so it must be in there. This property is now owned by Jim ?. (I haven't been able to find out Jim's last name)

Starting right corner lower side, Burgoyne Church upper side, old manse, Burgoyne School, don't know who lived in next building, it seems to be on what was once Ed Lee property, but I believe there is now a house in there somewhere.
back from the road, the Lee barn and further left, the Ed Lee House, later home of Maggie Lee, widow of Hutsy Ed.
This house has been removed within the last couple of years. The Holly trees are along the road in front of the house.
House across road from Ed Lee House is the Newcombe Lee house. Newcombe was younger brother of Hutsy Ed (Hudson Edward)
left of Newcombe’s house is the barn, which has since fallen down.
Across from the Ed Lee Farm on Lee Hill is the home of Tom Lee Sr. It is beyond the stone gate posts and the Hawthorne trees which I couldn’t see on the photo.
Further to your identifying...the 2 fields on the left before you go up Lees Hill with the grove of trees, a barn and house were owned by Ted and Daisy Gear at the time of this photo. The barn was built by the Furness brothers and the house was built by my parents in 1960. This was part of 160 acres which today includes both sides of Furness Rd and was Valley View Ranch....up to 10,000 turkeys were raised a year on this property with Hereford cattle, Suffolk Sheep and grains in the lower fields.
The neighbouring house and barn closer to Fulford was owned by Walter and Betty Brigden (Marilynne Cunningham’s parents).
