Art was born in 1901. The family bought the property in 1912, The family spent the summers on SSI until 1916, when Art finished school then they moved to SSI permanently. By 1920 he was off on his own trying to make a living (certainly by the mid 20’s he was fishing off the coast). So I’d say 1915 to 1920 is the range. Also, he looks sort of teen age in the photo
